Our services are reimbursable up to 24 hours before the start of services. If you wish to make date changes you can contact us and verify the next available date for you.

Prices include local taxes. If there is an additional charge, it will be specified in the terms of each tour.

All our services are usually provided for small groups, no larger than 7 people.

Unless the traveler expressly and clearly requests that he does not wish to share with other travelers and that he wants a totally private tour and that accepts the additional charges and costs that this service generates, it will be totally at our discretion how many people will go on each tour .

we reserve the right to accept or reject travelers who, under the discretion of our tour guides, are not physically fit to participate in the activities that will be carried out on the tour.

Every underage traveler must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Our vehicles do not have facilities for people with reduced mobility (disabled). We do not recommend people with wheelchairs on group tours. If this is the case, request your Private Service Tour.

People with special conditions, heart failure, respiratory or any other health condition, must be notified at the time of making the reservation. None of our prices include health insurance or hospitalization insurance for any traveler.
