This film enhances the visitor experience, alongside the newly opened Observation Decks as of March 2024. Tickets can be purchased at the Panama Canal Visitor Center for $17.22 or directly from the Panama Canal website of the Canal, or contact us and ask for the link to purchase the entries. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by ongoing improvements at the Visitor Center, which will continue over the next few months. Our guides are dedicated to providing you with an informative and enjoyable experience at the Panama Canal. For your convenience, travelers will be picked up from most hotels in Panama City. Please be at the ground-level lobby or driveway area for pick-up. Meeting Point at Amador Cruise Port Please provide your ship's name and approximate arrival time. Ensure with your ship’s staff or travel agent that your vessel will dock at the Amador Cruise Port, located on Panama’s Pacific Coast. Many travelers confuse ports, but Panama has coasts on both oceans. If your ship docks at Colón Cruise Terminal on the Caribbean Coast, it’s a 2-hour drive from Amador Port in Panama City.
