What to Bring: We recommend bringing insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes (such as sneakers, hiking boots, or all-terrain footwear) — flip-flops and sandals are not suitable for this activity. If you have binoculars, bring them along for a better view of the wildlife! We’ll provide bottled water, but we suggest you bring your own snacks or fruits for a light refreshment during the walk, especially if you’d like to enjoy a quick break at the top of the hill.
We provide pick-up service from all B&Bs, Airbnbs, and hostels located within Panama City. Please note that pick-ups are available exclusively within the city limits.
