Please note: it is essential to check your WhatsApp (preferred) or email the day before your tour, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., as we will send you your exact pick-up time, meeting point confirmation, instructions for purchasing Panama Canal tickets (if you selected “No Canal Ticket”), the name of your assigned guide, and other important details. A copy of your passport or driver’s license will be sufficient for identification. If you selected the "Canal Ticket Included" option, your guide will provide your physical ticket onboard the bus upon arrival at the Panama Canal Visitor Center. You will also receive a special edition of the official Panama Canal map to enhance your visit. If you selected "No Canal Ticket", you can purchase your ticket directly at the Panama Canal Visitor Center. To avoid lines, you may also buy tickets directly from our guide, subject to availability. Canal tickets include access to the IMAX-3D film narrated by Morgan Freeman, "The Land Divided, The World United," as well as the new observation decks. We kindly inform you that due to ongoing improvements at the Visitor Center, the exhibition area and upper observation decks remain temporarily closed. We appreciate your understanding. Our guides are dedicated to making your visit informative, engaging, and memorable. Pick-ups are provided from most hotels in Panama City. Please be ready at the ground-level lobby or driveway at your hotel at the assigned pick-up time. We kindly remind you that we "only provide pick-up in Playa Bonita and the airport area" for participants with a reservation under the "Private Tour option". For "any pick-up location not listed in our official pick-up areas", prior approval is required to authorize service. Participants must be ready to "meet us at the nearest designated meeting point" if pick-up is not approved. We highly recommend that you "contact us directly to coordinate the best pick-up location for your convenience". For "last-minute reservations", we suggest that you "plan to meet us at one of our designated meeting points". The tour price includes pick-up only from locations within Panama City. If your hotel is in Playa Bonita, Playa Blanca, the airport area, or any location outside Panama City, an additional fee will apply for pick-up, depending on the distance. Our team will inform you of any extra charges once your reservation is confirmed. Alternatively, you may contact us in advance for details—we’re happy to assist! Your specific pick-up time will be shared the evening before the tour, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, via WhatsApp, Viator message, or email.
