Thank you for booking the Half Day City and Panama Canal Tour! A copy of your passport or a driver's license will suffice for identification. If you selected the "Canal Ticket Included" tour option, your physical ticket will be provided by your guide onboard our bus upon arrival at the Panama Canal Visitor Center. Along with your ticket, you will receive a special edition of the official Panama Canal map, which will enhance your understanding of everything related to the Panama Canal. If you selected "No Canal Ticket" then you can purchase it at the Panama Canal Visitor Center. To avoid queues, you may also buy them from our guides, subject to availability. The Canal Tickets includes the Morgan Freeman narrated IMAX-3D film, "The Land Divided, The World United," enhancing the visitor experience as well as the New Observation Decks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by ongoing improvements at the Visitor's Center, which have necessitated the closure of the exhibition area and upper observation decks for the next few months. Our guides are committed to providing you with an informative and enjoyable experience at the Panama Canal. Travelers will be picked up from most hotels in Panama City; please be at the ground level lobby or driveway area. If your hotel is in Playa Bonita, Playa Blanca, the airport area, or any location outside Panama City, we can still arrange your pick-up, but an additional fee will apply depending on the distance. Our team will inform you of any charges after confirming your reservation, or you can contact us beforehand for details—we’re happy to assist! Your specific pick-up time will be communicated the evening before the tour, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, via WhatsApp, Viator message, or email.
