Please note: it is essential to check your WhatsApp (preferred) or email the day before your tour, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., as we will send you your exact pick-up time, meeting point confirmation, instructions for purchasing Panama Canal tickets (if you selected “No Canal Ticket”), the name of your assigned guide, and other important details. A copy of your passport or driver’s license will be sufficient for identification. If you selected the "Canal Ticket Included" option, your guide will provide your physical ticket onboard the bus upon arrival at the Panama Canal Visitor Center. You will also receive a special edition of the official Panama Canal map to enhance your visit. If you selected "No Canal Ticket", you can purchase your ticket directly at the Panama Canal Visitor Center. To avoid lines, you may also buy tickets directly from our guide, subject to availability. Canal tickets include access to the IMAX-3D film narrated by Morgan Freeman, "The Land Divided, The World United," as well as the new observation decks. We kindly inform you that due to ongoing improvements at the Visitor Center, the exhibition area and upper observation decks remain temporarily closed. We appreciate your understanding. Frequently Asked Questions – Pick-Up Details Do you offer pick-up from all hotels in Panama? Pick-up is only included for hotels located within our official pick-up zones in Panama City. No pick-up available from: Playa Bonita Airport-area hotels Santa María Playa Blanca (additional cost applies) Colón (additional cost applies) These areas are only available under Private Tour reservations. What if I booked a Shared Tour but I'm staying in one of those areas? No problem! You can: Meet us at the nearest designated meeting point, or Request a private transfer to the meeting point (additional cost applies) Please contact us directly so we can help you choose the best option. What if my hotel is not listed at all? If your location isn’t listed in our official pick-up areas, you must request prior approval.
